Partners Personnel is Hiring a Line Worker Near Garden, CA
SCOPE OF DUTIES
- Coordinate with Supervisor to achieve key performance indicators as related to department goals.
- Perform daily duties relevant to the bottling, labeling, closures application, weight, packing, and / or stacking stations as assigned.
- Coordinate with Line Tender to achieve daily line assignment production efficiency
- Notify station Line Tender of any issues affecting quality and efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement Strategic initiatives as directed.
- Perform all duties as required in the Stay Safe Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
- Coordinate with all departments and personnel as needed.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Perform all jobs responsibilities in accordance with Company Checks and Balances
